Atlantic Coast Freezers: Appointments available between 7:00am and 2:30pm (Mon - Thu)

Sorbello Freezers: Appointments available between 8:00am and 3:00pm (Mon - Thu)

Overtime Policy

​

An overtime fee of $190 is incurred if truck arrives at 4pm or later. Late trucks will only be loaded at management discretion.

Applicable Fees

​

Rescheduled Appointment ($160): Applies when an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

​

No Appointment ($160): Applies when a truck is offloaded without a scheduled appointment. Availability to offload trucks without an appointment is subject to management discretion.

​

Late Appointment ($160): Applies when a truck is more than an hour late for a scheduled appointment.

​

Missed Appointment ($160): Applies when a truck does not arrive for a scheduled appointment.

​

All fees are incurred by the carrier.
